TURNAROUND TIME:
All items (except personalized and rugs) ship within 48 hours. A free gift card is included with every purchase, and the receipt is never shipped with the gift!
SHIPPING METHODS:
Products delivered in the United States are shipped via FedEx or UPS Ground (and on occasion US Postal), 2-Day, or Standard Overnight. Personalized items and orders for Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico are shipped via the US Postal Service. We also ship to military addresses using the US Postal Service.
ACCEPTED METHODS OF PAYMENT:
We accept VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, and Diner's Club online. You may also send an order by mail along with a check or money order to our address above. Faxed orders are also accepted at: 706-364-1575.

If a personalized arrives damaged or is misspelled by our error, we will replace it at no charge to you. Simply send an email within 10 days of receiving the item to help@kiddiegiftidea.com.
If you would like to exchange a non-damaged item, shipping of the item back to us would be at your expense. Simply send an email to
help@kiddiegiftidea.com and we will give you a code to mark on the outside of your box.
